No, I mean really, holy ******* ****. This game is every one of my nightmares, smothered in my irrational fears, and served on a bed of my darkest dreams. Zombie-things, bodies perverted by otherworldly forces. The vast darkness of space, trapped in a metal air bubble, being pulled towards a planet core sized gravity well or something to that effect. Quiet rumblings of a vast dark power trapped in the bowels of a planet freshly cracked. Noises, lights, shadows, everything is plotting against you.

It's a great horror game, easily one of my favorites. I have it on PC, and am way too accustomed to fps controls so the third person view and controls kinda messed with me, but the atmosphere and story made me replay it multiple times.
I think one of the best things about this game is there isn't as much shock horror like you see so many games are. I remember talking to someone who thought Doom 3 was scarier because crap was constantly popping out of nowhere wherever you went, but I thought that's what made the game less scary. It all became predictable and the atmosphere didn't inspire any sort of fear or anxiety. You can tell a good horror game when it makes you terrified, anxious, and feeling as helpless as a child and yet you can stop playing it.
