hey guys! finly got in to the meatlump hideout. i just did my first quest it was a bomb defusel but when i tryed to defuse it it told me that i had or needed to start the collection. who do i go to to start the collection. thanks for all your help

As I recall defusing the bombs was "The Meatlump Hideout Part I", if this is the case have you done the prerequisite quests (The three stooges)?
