Yeah Im a bit behind the times but Ive only just picked up this game on the GBA. So far Ive just killed the first Dark World boss but by far the most difficult boss Ive had to beat is Moldorm the mountain tower boss. It took me about 2 days to come up with a strategy for beating him, all the online guides would say is 'lol hit his tail, he's easy' Well he isnt!

Here is a video of me kicking Moldorm's ***

The sound effects Link makes in this new port kind of kills the nostalgia feeling... It feels more like a pollutant than an addition.

He's pretty easy. Charge your sword and I'm pretty sure you can clang it against his face if he gets too close.

I just hacked my PSP this weekend (Again) and I've installed several emulators, will have to pick up this ROM for sure.

Be looking for a guide from me on how to do it soon, I bought a Pandora battery online for $10 and after a few hours of searching and reading I think I can sum it up so that anyone can do it.

Classic game is classic, but I'll agree that the newer voices clash and kill the nostalgia.

The guide will be coming out later this week I hope. I already got the admin's approval to post it here, provided nobody complains and we stay away from taboos like ROMs and ISOs. If someone complains I can take it to my journal since it's password protected.

Awesome. Can't wait to read it. I've read others on the subject and they can get hard to follow really fast lol.

And ROM and ISO talk should never be. If you "know" about them, then you should "know" where to get them, imo.

That is prob the hardest boss in the game, even more so then the last IMO. Only thing you can do is hit the tail and avoid being knocked down till its dead.

I also agree that the new sounds they added when link swings the swords were not needed. At least they didn't change the pleasing thud you get from hitting a boss.

IMO, the hardest boss was the dragon thing in the Turtle's Dungeon there, cause you needed to be a good shot with the ice/fire wands, or your magic will drain and you won't be able to do anything.

The moth thing in the forest dungeon was a pain in the *** too. He took me an assload of tries...the forest dungeon as a whole was a pain in the *** as a whole, really.
