This is the main thread to discuss any problems or issues you may have with the Eve Reader software.
The Eve Reader software is available for download from here.
It does not violate the EULA for Eve-Online. All the Eve Reader does is upload files that Eve creates on your computer regarding the market to our servers, where the files are parsed and entered into our database.
We do not ask for your login information at any time for the use of the Eve Reader. It works fine with multiple sessions of the game running at the same time.
It is through Eve-Reader that our site is able to provide all the information about the market of Eve.

So where exactly is EVEReader? Can't find it anywhere on the site.
Can't wait to see it :) I'm hoping to get back in the game soonish.

You may have difficulties patching eve reader now that we've moved onto our permenant servers. If so, just uninstall and reinstall it. It will patch fine after that since it will be looking at the proper server for patching.
Is Eve Reader ever going to be given the same functionality as in WoW?

Could you tell me exactly what files EVEReader looks at for information?
Im kinda new i installed this EVE reader and pointed it to my eve install dir but have no clue what i need to do from this point

I seriously dont like the direct link to software linky there it makes me not wanting to trust it, i want one to the offical page as well listed because there have eben folks in the past giving these sorta programs out and stealing peoples accounts and credit card numbers..
The only user info it asks for is your Allakhazam stuff, not EVE.

I just started playing EVE and also just installed the evereader software. However, it's saying that it can't find the CachedMethodCalls directory. I did notice that it's trying to find a folder numbered 158 when that doesn't even exist but there is one called 160. Is this because the evereader hasn't been patched yet?

1st error I've received with the prog. Not a big deal, just restarted it and it's on..(even though I can't really tell if it uploads anything...)
