These seeds are available from the portal by Majordomo Staghelm in Firelands. They look like tiny Amberseeds anyone can see, but only Druids can loot them. Druids can loot up to five at a time, and it appears five spawn at a time.

If you ever wanted to get your druid's cat form to look like the flaming cats in Firelands, now you can do so even without the Flamescythe! Just thought this was kinda neat; always spiffy to discover new, previously unsolved mysteries
