DMF Sealed CratesFollow

I wondered about that because Sealed Crates in Pandaria contain MoP mats with DMF food/drinks/firewater.

Get some Water Walking elixirs. They're cheap and then you can have a chance at them too. I've found many Sealed Crates just doing regular fishing in Pandaria too. They're a nice bonus but not something really worth farming. My results have been similar to Rhode's. Windwool Cloth most of the time (4-6 pieces), I've had one drop 3 pieces of Black Trillium Ore, 2 with Prismatic Scales (1-3 pieces) and one with a few pieces of whatever the new leather is called. And a few healing potions. No herbs for me either.
