So i accomplished my one goal. I got the OS installed and all of the drivers updated for my computer. Unfortunately, I got a defective monitor so I have to send it back and wait for a new one to come. It's just a thin green line down the side of the screen, but it still has to go back.
I didn't get a chance to install WoW yet, so I don't know how it runs. The new monitor should be in by the beginning of next week, so I'll get it taken care of then.

WOW: Yay! What a way to start the new year! We got our first shot at the new Darkmoon Faire and I'm having a blast. As a bonus, the DK was able to run some of those random dungeons and got Treachery's Bite first and then the next run the Pit Lord's Destroyer dropped. Ah, those Gurubashi Punishers served me well but it is good to be able to retire them. The new random dungeons have been good for helping me gear up.
RL: Most of the weekend was quiet, I spent it double checking grades. By the time I was finished marking papers, my shoulder was killing me. I went out and spent about four hours with the tui na ladies. I'm cheerful now and it is nice to be able to raise my right arm above shoulder level (or use a mouse, usually not at the same time though) without excessive pain.

Now that I've got the 85, I may look into the faire thing. I've skipped them up until now because they seemed sort of frivolous and looked like they'd lock me in one pace for too long.
As for the weekend, I'm slowly creeping up the Argent Tournament grind, should be able to take on my first valiant jousts in a day or so. At only three quests a day it takes a while to earn the 2 seals i need to play.

I have no New Years plans. My boyfriend told me last night that he might be working really late depending on how busy they get. (He delivers pizza) I'm not much of a drinker anyways. I'm shy and I don't like being around strangers so going out on my own is not something I will consider doing.

I finally got the lump of coal pet on my main. I got the Darkmoon Faire stuff done on all of my Cenarius characters (minus the bank alts). I played some alts. I played some King's Bounty. It was a good weekend. :)
