As early as next week.
Which means 4.3 could potentially be two weeks away. Crap. >.<
I still have no 378 helm and no VLPC trinket. If I don't get those by the time 4.3 hits, I'm going to be a sad panda. Plus I still have another two or three weeks to reach the third stage of the legendary quest!

I thought they typically wait two weeks after a season ends to release a patch?

Is it usually two weeks? I thought it was one... the link said it would take a week to distribute rewards and such.
What I DO remember from 4.2 hitting, is that they released the patch and then we had to wait another week for the next season to start so we could start doing Occu'thar in BH.

Just checked, it's 2 weeks after the season ends.

Damn I just got back to the game this week so this doesnt leave me much time to finish up what I need to get done. Maybe I can bribe my raid leader into getting my Ragnaros kill I missed while I was gone. I might see if I can pick up another PvP peice before the season ends.

I rememebr having a discussion with someone that 4.3 might be further away than we thought, but I said something like 2 months, not 3.
That someone could have been you, then again it could have been Baby Jesus for all I can remember.

America, ladies and gentlemen:
I swear they love to release new content around holidays only because it enrages the RL's who want to push new content but can't fill raids due to people going home for the holidays.
