I stopped playing WoW about 8 months ago? I stopped when RIFT came out, played that for a month then went back to FFXI.
Today in my email I got the WoW Insider email. It has semi kept me up-to-date on WoW. I learned about the Pandaren last week and I do feel I will return back to WoW when the next xpack comes out.
Within that email was a link to this page, but I am confused. Do I pay $14.99 a month via a credit card (says I have to agree to 12 months) or can/do I just pay strait up for 1 years worth of time?
I don't have a "real" credit card, but I do use a Mastercard debit card that has yet to not work on a site when I pay for something. I also read I can pay for this via game cards...
Kind of confused. Any one here sign up for it? Seems like a pretty good deal for $180.

You can decide how you pay. If you want, you can do the standard $15 a month, or 2 6-month payments, or a year at a time, or whatever.
The only thing that's different from the Annual Pass and a regular subscription is that you can't unsubscribe. If you sign up for the Annual Pass, you have to see it to the end. In exchange you get all the awesome crap they throw at you.
So, it's just like a regular subscription, except that you can't cancel it until a year is up.

The closest they have to paying for all 12 months at once is a 6-month renewal period on your sub. The price drops slightly (~$13 a month I believe), and you pay for your 6 months up front and don't have to pay again until that time is up.

Anyone know that? I'm currently not bored with FFXI yet, but a deal like this could have me paying for 2 games at once ._.

Yeah, they haven't said when they're going to cancel it. My guess is around when 4.3 hits, but that could be for another month or more.

My guess would be when D3 comes out, or maybe when they announce D3 coming out.
