Random strange problem.
Trying to get rep with the Aldor with my lvl 85 shammy. I am friendly with them, and yet for whatever reason I cannot turn in either type of marks. I used Fel Arms to get from neutral to friendly... .
I checked WoWHead and I didn't seem to miss any opening quest or anything...
Any suggestions?

What do you mean by you can't turn them in? You can't find the quest giver, or you have found him but can't get the repeatable quest to turn them in?
Did a quick google search and found this: Rep guide. That should help with figuring things out.

Yeah, you have to have the mage's familiar show you around Shatt before you can turn in Marks of Sargeras/Fel Armaments. After that, there's quests scattered about (Mostly in Shadowmoon Valley and Netherstorm) that give Aldor/Scryers rep, but there's not that many. Perhaps what, 3-4k rep total?
Seriously, Khadgar is like THE mage. He was Medivh's assistant, and along with Anduin Llane (Prince Anduin's namesake), kept Sargeras from escaping Medivh's body or something. Khadgar is the man.

Yes, that's who I meant. Varian's dad's name was Llane. =x
