I have to choose between Feline Swiftness and Dash now?
Are you @#%^ing kidding me, Blizzard?
Feline Swiftness, Dash and Vanish. I can see what they're going for, though, at least in the druid trees. Each choice gives a different way of boosting the same attribute.
Tier 1: mobility
Tier 2: boost next heal, get a self heal, or get a new heal (earthshield-ish? Kinda need final numbers to judge it)
Tier 3: CC of some sort (slow, root or knockback)
Tier 4: move and small boost, big boost longer CD, or boost via summoned allies
Tier 5: AoE disorient, deathgrip, or single-target stun+damage
Tier 6: Boost changing forms in some way, either minor (break CC+heal), medium (boost other form while in current one), or major on CD (lets you take on another role to some extent).
Different specs or even different styles of play will find different tiers more interesting, but I think as long as abilities are balanced well (numbers-wise, which we don't have) against each other there's no obvious weak talents.
