Wait, we're supposed to recruit you to the game and then provide you with bags, gold, mounts, basic crap, guild and boosts, and in return you'll give us... humor?

For reals? Like, super seriously for reals?

I can't imagine why ANYONE would even consider your proposal.

More like the delivery was dropped a couple of times en route to the thread.

You'd also get all the perks from recruiting a friend, like the mount, free levels, etc. Really I don't think its a bad deal. If you recruited a real life friend, you'd help them out with bags and gold anyway.

Hell no, my friends would have to go through the entire grind on their own. Welcome to the last seven years of my life, ********

Also, I don't see how free levels and a mount outweighs his demands.

Now I feel bad.

I recruited my brother and he didn't get jack squat. Smiley: lol

They key word in this is "friend". Yes, I would help out a real life friend. But even with the perks, I wouldn't do that for a stranger, especially one who demands it. But I'm also not a nice person.

Yeah that was my thought too. And all I'd have to do was wait until this guy is level 16 and I'd be able to bump up my lock to level 80. Smiley: grin Goodbye Northrend!

I'll bite, I'm desperate enough. You can't join my guild, but I have another one I can direct you to. It's nothing personal, the GM just doesn't allow social invites anymore. He doesn't want us turning into Taint 2.0

I was mocking his proposal, saying that no one would ever agree to it.

Well, I'm not going to give him a ton of gold. I'll give him a little bit to start off with, and I can't guarantee that any of my friends are going to PL us through dungeons. And the only low level toons I have right now are a level 8 shaman and a 32 hunter. I've got no free character slots, so... I'm not completely agreeing to his proposal. He can take it or leave it. Smiley: grin

Oddly enough I was going to come to the boards with this exact proposition. I was going to buy the game for someone to RAF with. Only thing that doesnt work out with this is Im on Oceanic servers which while technically US run on Aussie time.

So if anyone is interested in RAF with Me ill buy a copy of the game for ya. Im up to any server. I can play pretty much anytime of day. Cept after 1am CST (Which is when my server starts primetime). Maybe as incentive ill buy a 60 day game card for your main account or something.

PT, don't dare ask me to help out this Swede. No "quick run through Mara", no "we need orbs", no "but you have tons of gold so what does it matter".... (edit: The guild recruit policy is actually more like our original "get off my lawn" policy and iirc all of the officers agree on it. But that could be discussed on the guild forum)

I'm with Maz on this one:

If you're going to go around making claiming your Swedish while making demands you need to do a couple of things; You need to ship some of that chocolate. You also need to change your gender.

Yeah. Sister Sweden is freaking hot. Where as Sweden is a weenie who isn't out of the closet yet. And a prude. =x
