PC?

You mean, Player Character?

Just link to your character's armory page. Just type the link (without href tags or anything like that) and the forum system will automatically create a link people can click on.

Dude, this is a World of Warcraft fan site. Even if there is someone here who can tell you what kind of weapon that is, this isn't the place for that.

That is a star trek weapon. Klingon. I don't know the exact title it has, nor do I care. Look up Klingon Weapons.

Meh. The WoW talk is pretty much dead this late in the expansion, so...

OP. You look to have some variant of a Bat'leth there.

Which is, as Moon said, a Klingon weapon from Star Trek. Why do people always beat me to the punch?

Well you could have said that instead of just posting some random picture of a weapon and asking us what it is. =x

Maybe whoever gave you the blade thought it was one of the Twin Blades of Azzinoth.

Either way that weapon looks like one of the stupidest, least practical weapons ever.

The curve goes the wrong way for a bat'leth. The hand grips are also wrong and it is too frilly.

At first glance I thought it looked like a Kit Rae production, so I looked it up on his site and it turns out I was right.

It's the Valdris blade. The regular one is sold out and discontinued, so you might be sitting on a collectible or the special edition.

While most of his designs aren't exactly practical, and none of the blades are dangerous (except some are pointy as hell), they do look amazing. I bought one of his knives a long time ago. I wouldn't want to use it in a fight (handle is way too heavy and the design gets in the way) and it looks nice on the wall.

His site for those interested.

Edit: Although, if Xsarus keeps teasing me with my karma rating, I'll buy this, sharpen it and unpack my longboat.

Or you just buy a proper battle axe.

Forgot all the frills and doodads on a "fantasy" weapon, nothing looks more intimidating than a kukri. http://i.imgur.com/8A8o9.jpg

Bearded axes (the viking axes) look pretty cool.
And you can actually use them.

First piece of plate you hit, those pretty points would snap right off. If you're gonna swing an axe, swing an AXE! It's a battering weapon- massive damage because in all likelihood you'll only get the one good shot. If hes still standing whole you're recovering, uh oh!

I wish! I came across it in a SomethingAwful thread about Uncharted 2. One poster is sharing a lot of history and information about Nepal as it is encountered in-game and that was part of his post about the Ghurkas. I'm not a sword affictioniado but my best friend in college was, and I can attest that even an un-decorated normal kukri is incredibly intimidating. A nasty cross between a knife and a hatchet, weighted and shaped to easily cleave through either branches or limbs. If I ever wind up back in my parents' place I may need to get one to take care of the Virginia Creeper, it grows like Kudzu down in the southwest.
