Well, we've managed to survive another weekend. Unfortunately for me, that meant dealign with first day of school traffic on the roads this morning. Enough complaining though, how did you guys fare with your goals?

I managed to finish Uldum and get in a few dungeon runs. I'm still a couple iLevels shy of being able to queue for the Zandalar heroics. I got enough JP to get my T11 chest and that may push me over the top, but I'm not sure. I'm still trying to find a pair of bracers that isn't a green quest reward.

In real life, we did some grocery shopping. I went and bought a new grill Saturday and used it to make some steaks and roasted corn yesterday.

WOW: I didn't get to do much on the DK, but did manage do burn off rested XP on a number of toons. I probably had the most fun leveling my Worgen, Zevon.

RL: Bought Bun-Bun one of the fancy new Motorola Android phones and she has been having a great time. It was worth it.

Good luck with that droid, everyone I know that owns one says they're crap.

Friday night wine & snacks tonight. Saturday evening is a 50th birthday event for one of the boys. Watched the last 3 episodes of Dexter Season 4 again, but this weekend it will probably be another episode of Zen. Also maybe some yard work, and hopefully we can both get out for a bike ride if the weather is good.
Friday snacks good, watched 2nd episode of Zen, but one of our nephews dropped by late in the evening to stay over on the way to Sechelt. So Saturday morning was waffles & bacon to feed him (and us), because he's still a growing boy at 23. Too sleepy and full from all of the waffles to get out and do much, until dinner in the evening which was wonderful and late. Slept in Sunday, but too cold and overcasty for a bike ride, so just walked up to Starbucks for coffees and to read our books. Bit of housework, and watched last episode of Zen.

Same as last week, still working on fishing/cooking dailies and professions for various 79+ Alliance toons, and their Classic Alliance city rep. My 79 shaman & rogue are in Cata greens and continuing in Northrend for awhile.
Mostly just this. Dailies on about 5 toons, continue 79 rogue and shaman in Icecrown and Stormpeaks, manage several hundred mail messages (temporary storage). But also pushed my 83 warrior up about a half-level from starting in Uldum, and 83 hunter up a half-level starting through Vashj'ir.

I was thinking though, since we get a mount in Vashj'ir that can only be used underwater (here), why can't we have hunter pets that would also be restricted to underwater. Would be nice to have a shark for use.... <sigh>

Reactivated my account and bought Cataclysm. Whoo!! Still not sure sure if i like the Goblin starting area of Kezan. It was fun flying in Azeroth seeing the new landscape. Thats all I did for the first hour or so. Geeked it up.

Warrior got to exalted with Sporeggar; then I pushed on to level 65 and got inscription comfortably up over 400. I'm hoping to get the diplomat title by the time I leave Outland, which should be doable with a few hours of farming warbeads.

Welcome back. Smiley: grin they always come back...

Kezan did feel different. So little fighting, so much goblin stuff.

Several of the key players from my raid group guild quit this week so the raid was called off while the leaders try to figure out how to rebuild the group. It all hit me by surprise as I thought things were going fine in the guild. On the plus side, one of the people lost was one of the ones who seemed to have the least patience with progression and the wiping that goes along with it at times so perhaps this will turn out best for the long run.

Yeah - no raids. :(

I think that my friend is going to try making a 25 man Ulduar raid for achievements/mounts which I will probably get involved in on Saturday afternoon. I'll bring an alt unless he really needs my main for some reason.

Couldn't get enough people for that either. :(

If I end up with extra free time because of my main raids being cancelled, I may try to get Firelands dailies done on some alts. I'm also still having a good time playing my lowbie Warrior who is locked at level 23 now. I'm starting to think that I should have gone to 24 but I don't feel like paying another 20 gold to start and stop the experience again. I'm getting close to being done in Ashenvale and hopefully I will be done with Hillsbrad before the weekend ends. I will probably turn his experience on about halfway through Hillsbrad so I can be ready to start a new zone at 24 or 25.

I didn't do as many dailies as I could have. Not being able to raid got me in a bad mood and dailies don't help that. I got my Draenei Shaman from 82 to 83. I got my Draenei Hunter from 69 to 70. I think I put a level on my Goblin Warlock and finished off Thousand Needles on her. I finished Ashenvale and got well into Hillsbrad on the Warrior. I turned on his exp and he zoomed from 23 to 26 in about 20 quests in Hillsbrad. I guess I turned on exp too soon but I probably will leave it on until he hits 28 which may be by the time he finishes Hillsbrad by the way things seem to be going.

I have no real life plans this weekend beyond the usual family visit. I wish they all lived closer because I actually like the visits but just hate the 75 mile drive each way.

It was a nice visit and we had an awesome steak dinner but the boyfriend left his phone there. I offered to drive him out there today to go get it but he said he could do without it for the week. (2.5 hour round trip minimum)

I have interesting luck when it comes to drops. I have gotten a grand total of two drops on my priest in Firelands. One of which I've already replaced. However, I've won 4 living embers, and two BoE's: the tanking ring and the mail caster boots. Honestly, while the money is awesome, I'd rather just have the damn upgrades for my priest. On the other hand, I also have great luck with tier gear dropping in BH. I got both pieces for my priest, although I did have to buy the pants for 4k off of another priest who wasn't even raiding yet. This weekend, I got the tier pants for my DK out of BH too.

Alt raid didn't end up going very well. We had a few people join and then leave. As a result, we spent an hour and a half wiping on Shannox, which wasn't fun. Especially since so many times we got him under 5% and then **** just fell apart. One of those times, we got him down to 25k. -.- So the raid leader posted a thread on the forums trying to get more people together for it, hopefully who will be regulars.

Main raid went pretty good thankfully. We got Alys down, and her pants dropped. I didn't win the roll, which was annoying, but they were just a side grade so it's not a huge deal. Got a few tries on Staghelm, and damn he's a push over. In four tries, we got him down to 25%. If we had had another 30-45 minutes we probably could have gotten him down too. Next week tho!

Date went well, although I did something really stupid to myself while trying to make myself purdy for it. Let's just say that if you put chemicals on your skin and they start to burn immediately, it's a good idea to take them off instead of letting them stay on for 5-7 minutes...

I've been doing the hundred pushups challenge for the last six weeks and managed 105 knee push-ups on Saturday, with my original count being 8 knee and 0 full. Today I started on full pushups and did 30.
