It's not. Pandaria is already in WoW lore.

Anywho, based on MMOC's disturbing accuracy (and the fact that we saw this exact thing for Cataclysm), this is pretty much confirmed for the next expansion in my book.

Still no emerald dream expansion.

Edit: And because of the title, I think we can extrapolate that Pandaren will not be a playable race for either faction. Most likely an NPC race. And I'm really struggling to think of who the next villain is without going to new characters. There's not many left.

However, nearly four years later, I had enough of a mind to peruse them all. A lot of PDF-format conversions of early Gamespy previews, patents Blizzard took out for WoW, and so forth. I did find, however, a list of 'possible expansion sets' that looks really interesting.
