Time for another goals thread. Thanks Rhode for making the Summary thread earlier this week. I was out of town for business and didn't have access to a computer.

I haven't been on WoW since last Sunday, so I barely even remember where my priest is. I know she's 84 and started Deepholm. I guess I'll make my goal to be 85 by the end of the weekend, although I can't remember how far into 85 I am to know if that's even realistic.

Have a good weekend everyone!

I'm signed up for the usual raid Fri and Sat evenings. Hopefully I can go but that depends on whether or not everyone shows up and if anyone has to sit out. One kind of sucky thing about being melee is that the fights seem to favor ranged so when we have too many dps, it's usually one of the melee that sits. I'm also sick with a cold which means that while I really want to raid, I may also feel like just offering to sit out if I feel really yucky tonight. :(

My friend's raid is Sat afternoon and I think he's got more ICC stuff on the calendar. We'll see what happens.

I will do the usual dailies on my main (Firelands mainly) and probably some on some alts as well. I want to play some of my non-85 alts but I'm not sure which one I will feel like playing.

Real life - I'm supposed to go out and see family on Sunday but if I am still sick with this cold I will most likely not go. I know people like seeing me but I don't want to risk getting my elderly mother sick nor any of the cute little grandnieces and grandnephews (I think that's the proper term?) that are typically running around my sister's house.

Woohoo weekend!

The plan for this weekend WoW-wise is to PvP with my level 62 rogue, untill I have enough honor to buy at least two heirloom weapons, shoulders and a chestpiece.
It will take a while, since it seems we have been losing every single battleground for the last two days or so. Oh well..
Would be great if I'd get those AND get out of Outlands this weekend.

TGIFF.

My WoW life this weekend will consist of doing the Fireland and Argent Crusade dailies. Hunting some rare game. Maybe do a random.

Real life, well. It's the weekend and I don't work! After a few hours of WoW, I think camping, beer, and more beer is in order <3

WOW: Looks like my friend the tank is going to try to burn through to 85, so I'm going to try to keep up. I suspect the pace is going to be brutal; I'm crashing early with the goal of waking up early and stealing a march. Smiley: cool

RL: Bun-Bun needs to get some rest, so I have a good excuse to chain myself to the computer and stay quiet.

Glad to help out, I figured something must have come up.

RL - lets see, family flew in for a 2 week visit, got a 2 hour drive to go visit them instead of the 3 days driving it took me to get out here:) Also have a wedding, a family reunion, an anniversary to go to. Suffice it to say... little busy

WoW - reactivated my account as I finally got around to hopefully at least fixing my computer, amazing what a $1 battery can mess up. Replaced it and the computer started just fine, now I'm ticked that it took me a month to find a battery to replace and to find the time to look into it in the first place.
No WoW goals actually this weekend as too busy with RL, but next week... look out, I'm 20 quests from another zone completion.

Don't really have much going on in RL this weekend, which is a refreshing change from last weekend lol.

WoW: Raid tomorrow night, hopefully I'll get an upgrade or two. I'd really love to get a weapon upgrade, but that's not happening until all the other casters get theirs since I'm getting to collect the embers for the legendary first. Fair for sure, but sucky considering the rate at which we're downing bosses. It's probably going to be mid to late September before I get them all. I'm really excited to see how much my DPS will have been boosted by me having my 2-piece bonus. I might just try to throw together a T11 raid or two for the VP to test it out.

Other than that, not much planned. I'm going to start working on my MF dailies now... I'm really kicking myself for poo-pooing them now that I see people getting upgrades from the vendors who raid more often than I do. I figured I didn't need to do them, because by the time I unlocked the vendors I'd have upgrades. Silly me.

WoW: I got my Warrior's Inscription skill to 300 last night, so the next goal is getting Enchanting to 300. It'd be cool to get all her professions to 300 before she hits 50. She's only 42 so I got time; still I'm not sure I have the patience to fish that much. Smiley: lol

RL: Missed most of the work week sleeping. Turns out you can only stay up until 4am with the little one every night for weeks on end before you hit the wall. I plan to continue trying to nurse myself back to good health so I can be useful and productive and what not.

RL:
Yay! Long weekend with provincial public holiday on Monday. Friday night wine & snacks and watch some more True Blood episodes. Back into town by myself tomorrow around lunch to meet up with a colleague and her husband from New Jersey who are just finishing up an Alaska cruise here in Vancouver: probably just meet for lunch somewhere with a nice view. Later Saturday night, we have friends over for dinner. Not sure what's planned for Sunday or Monday, so it will be a surprise for me.

WoW:
Nothing specific planned, so may just work on fishing/cooking dailies and professions for various 78+ Alliance toons, and their Classic Alliance city rep to works towards all of them having an Albino Drake at some point (except for my druid who is already cool in her flight form). If I get to anything else, that would be nice too.

Have fun!
