I never lag anywhere else in the game what so ever and I dont even lag in SW. However whenever I go there I seem to get randomly DC'd for no reason. My internet connection is 100% fine. It doesn't happen in Ironforge or Darnassus.

Off the top of my head, you may have an addon issue. It could be trying to gather a lot of information from so many people and you could be getting booted. The server will occasionally boot people who are requesting too much information at once. I know that sometimes this can happen while using Atlas Loot and requesting info on too many unknown items too quickly. Could be something similar.
