so correct me if i am wrong but the new expansion will be for level 80 and up No new starting zones as in echoes of faydwer? did i spell that right...........

Yes, you have it correct. :) Content that is being revamped for under 80 is for GU55, which happens to launch the same day as SF. Once Halas is released (ETA of GU56 now), there should be even more lower level content. :)
