I can not log in to day. Am I the only one. It says that the Station LaunchPad is unable to connect at this time. 10:16 CET.

I cant log in either! I set my alarm for 5 am to play the grottos and now I can't play at all!! :(
Didn't see anything on the soe forums about any odd downtime (was some schedule for yesterday). However its 6:30am for me and I was able to log in fine, and for the grotto's are. If you all are still having problems logging in did you try loading eq2.exe instead of going through the launcher?

I am having the same issue. Says unable to connect to server. I also am not able to bring up any eq2 websites as well. Tried going to station.sony.com and unable to get into that site as well. Hope they fix this soon.
UPDATE....I went into the sony folder and used the eq2.exe file as stated earlier in this post and im in game find. Must be something up with the launcher.

8:56 am est here and i loaded the game thru eq2.exe .. i get as far as the character screen then it tells me the server did not respond in a timely matter and kicks me out again.. im on Najena.

I can not get to anything sony station.

Since i was able to get into the game, i put a petition in to let them know this is going on. Also put in there about the eq2 websites. They wont be in for another hour, but hopefully they fix it soon. when i used the exe file it worked fine. Took me to character screen and let me in with no issues.
Same problem here unfortunately. Seems to be a prob with one of the login servers since both the website and game is down.

I'm having the exact same problem. Was playing last night when all of a sudden I go linkdead and thus far haven't come back up. I'm going to call the help line and report this problem as soon as the business hours open up.
Edit: I tried opening the game direct and can make it to the Chargen screen, but when I click on a character it loads for a while and finally boots me back out to the login screen. Thoughts?

Im having the exact same issue...is it a certain node affected...im on east coast...maryland area...and comcast....anyone else

Eastcoast, comcast, maryland.
East coast.. Connecticut here.. Comcast. Traceroutes get hung up on a hub in New York.

Yup yup. Definitely an East Coast thing. I can get to the website on my Blackberry via RIM. Just not via my Comcast connection on the PC's here.

Just tested with an AT&T T3 connection and it works fine so it is just comcast. I will be calling their support.
Able to connect again.. looks like network issues were resolved. \o/

Just got off the phone with Comcast. They were having some problems with their network in New York.

Hehe.. same here... Irony at its best! Sure it'll be fixed soon.
ETA 45 minutes (from 10:15 PST) until AB, Bazaar and Sebilis are back up.
I was playing fine this morning. I left for a few hours to see a movie and you yahoos break the game.
