How do I plot a destination--other questionsFollow

#1 Aug 03 2009 at 6:54 PM Rating: Decent
Been away from the game for a while. Some things ahve changed.

Anyone tell me how do I plot a location.
Meaning I used to be able to type in -412 36 -512 in the chat box and a guideline would appear that I could follow to that specific spot.

I dont remember how to do it.

Also is there a way to put the red dot back into your map that shows you were you need to turn in a quest.

Also I have two accounts. I want to send two characters from my existing account to my new 2nd account. What is the fastes easiest way to do that?

And finally is there a way to transfer an entire account from one server which has gotten really light in traffic to a higher volume server?

I want to stay on a PVP server but dont want to play where there are hardly any people.

"What do you want to be when you grow up?"
"I want to be a unicorn!"
"Awww, why's that?"........
"So I can stab people with my face."

You can also input the set of coords into the box in the map window.

Have a look at Eq2Map - it provides locations of lots of items/NPCs/places on the in-game map that you can click on and get the guideline up.

SOE can do character transfers, although they do charge for them. The costs depend on whether it's a server swap or transfer from one account to another. Details are here

Like -39.09, 1.1, 44.90

Protip: you don't need the commas between the coordinates. It works either way.
