I don't have any characters that I can transfer. So, it doesn't effect me. But, I see this as a great addition to the Market Place. I know quite a few people who are interested in transferring though.. and if they reduce and/or discount the price will be spending plenty of SC on this service. :)

So far I think that this is the best thing that they have placed in the Marketplace. It will speed up the transfer for people that want one.
