question about item drop dataFollow

I believe that data is fed from SOE.

So, having briefly looked thru the data in a couple of places, am I correct in deducing that Instill Panic (Master I) has never dropped on any (US) server, and that the Obelisk of Ahkzul has no fabled loot whatsoever (and there's no chance of Master spell scrolls from that zone either)?

Also, there seems to be no % chance listed for Master spell scrolls from solo mobs, named or otherwise, (for example: Gullerback in Kylong Plains dropped External Calm (Master I) for me -- surely I'm not the only player in game to have received an exquisite chest from this mob?)
