Health above mobs/player's heads? :: Free Realms

I'm just wondering if anyone knows of a way to show the health of group mates above their heads and/or that of mobs above the mob's head. An option I've not seen maybe, or a mod of some sort?

I see it on mouseover. It must be a UI option - poke around in /options and see if it's there.

Alt O to see your options screen.

Look under User Interface. Name and Chat Bubble.
