ok, I've got an interesting question. I've been trying to go to the EQ2 Players site for a couple days now, and I've been unable to. in fact, when I'm on Station Launcher, it is unable to bring up the EQ2 news, EQ2 update notes, or even my character's list.
Is the site down for some reason? or is this just a problem that I'm having (mind you, its only with EQ2, not any of the other players sites or anything)? anyone with any insight would be appreciated?

I was on EQ2 Players not a half hour ago. Are you trying it just through the launcher, or also through the regular 'net?

also through the internet. getting nothing from the EQ2players site.
It's timing out here, too.
I did a trace route. the problem is one a couple of the sony servers that the connection hops through. winds up causing a massive choke-point and time out. but I have identified the servers (one in particular) that are causing the choke points and time outs. go fig. SOE wound up breaking something again when they tried to improve performance.
