Hellooo!

I didn't play much this weekend, I needed some downtime. Last night Hubby and I attempted to get our last drop for Boarfiend L&L. That one is worse than gnoll, I swear. About an hour of those piggies is all I can handle.

Then I hopped over to Fens to help his alt. He was on a set of quests I never bothered with, so we did a pre-req for me and shared a half dozen quests. Then we spent an hour with serious EQ1 de ja vu as we killed scorps, badgers, and doggies in Field of Bone.

What'd YOU do?

LOL I get that uneasy feeling everytime I run through Jarsath Wastes and get that feeling that I'm in the OverThere again. Part of me setup shop in a corner and pull cacti, rhinos, and cockatrices over and over till I grind through my hell level :)

This weekend we got one of our warlock's their fabled Epic! Grats Malgalad. and worked on our defiler's faction.

Hardly played this week due to my computer decided to stop working.

Luckily it was only the power supply that needed replacing.

In the meantime i have been played free online games such as bejewelled, pyramid and various snooker and pool games. Not to shabby at them either as it turns out.

Tried the new beta version of Quake in a browser as well and discovered the Dutch still rock at FPS. Looks very good for a browser game and i may keep it as something to play when i get frustrated with questing.

I..dinged my defiler to 60 on discovery exp. Stared at the screen a bit, but didn't quite feel motivated to do anything.

All of the current quests I have require too much time investment in one shot...these damn TSO instances are too long (with some exceptions, like Deep Forge which only takes like 20 minutes)...it's why I don't raid..the sit down time investment. Now we have single group instances that can take 2+ hours and they are needed to advance any more. :/ It's hard for me to dedicate that without interruption. Maybe I need to reevaluate...

Played a bunch of TF2. :D

The 60's are tough. LFay, KoS. When Kunark came out I did 64-48 on KoS writs, 'cause I'd run out of things to solo.

Did they ever increase the level for Splitpaw? 60-70 there would alleviate some hell levels.

We've been putting up with more snow and icy roads here. I actually wanted to go out of town this weekend and visit a friend of mine who lives about 30 miles away, instead I sat around and cleaned up our guild bank, and the harvest supply depot (as much as the rares are appreciated we dont need level 1-9 rares and muted items taking up that space could be better used for higher level crafters).

Have been helping more people get their epics done now that they hit 80, and doing solo quests in JW to climb in AA levels.

I ran VoES again, this time to finish the quest for that dark elf necro lady outside who gives you the fabled neck item with the clicky heal on it. A must for any solo player.

A little tip about the Boarfiend L&L: those piggies in Runnyeye also drop the parts that can be examined...though if you're nice you may want to leave them for the lower level people who roam that dungeon.

My coercer dinged 52, more because a group just needed that extra power regen to run through Klak and Kaladim, but hey it all helps.

My sk hit 44 and finished his shiny brass shield hq, that was a nice little upgrade for him.

"What do you want to be when you grow up?"
"I want to be a unicorn!"
"Awww, why's that?"........
"So I can stab people with my face."

I had moved on Thursday and haven't had the Internet or TV until today. I almost died. It was so quite in the house. When it finally got all set up I was so excited.. I didn't know what I wanted to do first.. Play EQ2 or watch the episode of my series on Demand that I had missed Sunday night. I sat down on the couch to think about it and 3 hours later I woke up!!!

I didn't quite ding my Necro but I am close. I'm hoping that I'll have enough motovation to get back in the game before the night is over. I only have a few more days to play before the baby pops!
