Question about RE2: collection quest.Follow

I'm a bit confused and was hoping someone could clear this up. Are the Standard collection found in RE2 blue shinies or just regular shinies?

Was on Eq2wiki and they are saying that they are blue but on another site says they are not.

And if they are blue shinies what do you need to have on to see them?

I know that...was wondering if the Standards are part of the blue shiny quest or not.

The collection quest I'm referring to is:
Runnyeye: The Gathering: Standards of the Goblin Tribes

And the name of the collection items found in RE2 are

* Standard of Naggresh
* Standard of the Boombottom Tribe
* Standard of the Broken Toe Tribe
* Standard of the Gigglegibber Tribe
* Standard of the Runnyeye Tribe
* Standard of the Sandscrawler Tribe
* Standard of the Grungetalon Tribe
* Standard of the Grimmin Tribe

Just found out last night after finishing RE2 for the 3rd time of it not dropping my cloak.

RE2 does have blue shinies but to see them you have to complete the collection quest that RE2 gives. Forgot the name of that collection quest but once I find out I'll post it here.

Oh and using the Kunark Goggles or the GF Goggles doesn't work...tried it my self. *sigh*

OK found it! the collection quest that needs to be completed is called
Runnyeye: The Gathering: Relics of the Goblin Hero

By completing this quest you get some sort of hat that allows you to see the blue shinies in RE2.

Its a hidden collection in RE2 which requires the special goggles that you get after completing the RE2 Collection quest.
