So, my husband and I actually *gasp* grouped this weekend, enabled by my server transfer. Okay, it was just Icy Keep, as I'm largely a solo'r and he's a group/raid person, but it's the first time we've played together in just ages!

Icy Keep is actually a fun little zone, I'm impressed. I'm also please that the new Frostfell series gives you enough tokens on one run through to get just about anything you'd want unless you're the obsessive type.

How was your Christmas weekend?

I was working on my little Swashbuckler on Saturday, till I finally figured out that Frostfell was back. So I switched to my monk and did some quests, some I hadn't done as yet so always good to boost my quest number.

I did the Ice Keep quest that involved sneaking through it disguised as a Yeti, which was fun. On Sunday I went back in, to find that egg, did an easy run and was even able to take down a lvl 80 heroic (even, the yeti tamer) with two adds, unfortunately I had little time to be happy about that as right after that my internet connection went bye bye and I didn't get it back untill late Sunday evening.

A shame, but better luck next time!

I went shopping at Walmart yesterday to stock up for New Years and the snow storm that rolled in today. I'm still working away at a mountain of laundry. Most of December and January are "dress down" days at work as long as we bring in a can of food for the food drive each day. So, while I've done a lot less ironing these past weeks, I'm suddenly realizing just how few jeans I have and having to do laundry 2-3 times a week. :P

Today I pre-ordered "A Dance with Dragons".. the 4th book in the Song of Fire and Ice series by George R.R. Martin. He's been working on it for 3 years and the wait was killing us fans. Finally got the notice this morning that it was in publication and it was available for pre-order. Yay!

I bought Golden Tee for my Blackberry from Handango and of course they sent me the wrong Activation code, so I'm watching my email for a new code from support. In the meantime, there is no way to close the application until I activate it so its running in the background sucking up memory needlessly. :(

Its snowing like a ***** right now. I nearly forgot to move the car off the street until I heard the plows outside. Ran down just in time to move it as the police officer was up the block writing tickets. Phew!

In game, I've been tradeskilling my *** off on my Fury to get her up to a level 50 Sage so she can go claim all the disco AA from TSO. She's my main PvP toon, and she's been getting spanked a lot lately because of her deficiency in AA points. :P

Not doing anything special for New Years this year. Been doing some cleaning around the house in early preparation for February when both my parents and Jenny's mom will be flying in for my 40th birthday. My folks have never been to the east coast so we're going to take them Mystic, CT and NYC. Really looking forward to their visit cause I haven't seen them since I left for Canada in 2007.

That's it for my end of the year goings ons.. well endless Zam updates of course! XD

Happy New Year, Zam!!

well, I'll be getting a new laptop, which hopefully will run EQ2, tomorrow. so, finally, after more than a month, I'll finally be back in-game. *cheers* other than that, not too much going on in my world.
