I thought there were level 50s and 60s in this new game. I haven't found anything but 70's thru 80 and can't find any info about levels of MOBs and where to find them. Can anyone boot me in the direction i neeed to go? Thanks in advance.

The main overland zone in TSO is like 72+. The instances, however, scale. Go to one of the Mission hubs, get a mission, and it (and the zone) will scale to the level of the first group member who enters it.
