Ok I want to do the Lost Frostfell Gifts quest. It says that I have to talk to a guide. I am a good character. Where do I go to start this quest? What do I do?!

You'll have to trip over a guide offering the quest on your server! The only place guide quests have reliable NPC's is on the Test server, which don't have guides.

I have no clue if there's any way to find out when it will be offered on your server, sorry.
