hi i was rejoining eq2 and i want to start a beserker but i hate kill on sightt what is the ebst race and starting location to have the least city kill on sight

Well, you won't be KOS to your city unless you do something silly like betray it.

I'm not sure there's a good answer to this one. "Goodies" are welcome in Qeynos and Kelethin, and tolerated in Gorowyn. "Evils" are welcome in Freeport, Neriak, and Gorowyn.
