So far i have betrayed from Qeynos to Freeport, then to Neriak and back then to Gowoyrn and back to Freeport only to betray to Neriak again and now i'm stuck.

For the life of me i cannot remember who to speak to to become a citizen of Freeport again.
Any help or advice would be gratefully received.

Clerk Brutus in East Freeport starts the allied city citizenship quests to transfer your citizenship to Freeport.

I've actually done most of the betrayal quests too with my Monk.

I've got a fair amount of AA's out of it, not to mention a nice boost to my quests total number.
