Where do I find launchpad to download?Follow

Hi, I am new to Everquest II. Been playing WOW for too long. My son has been playing Everquest for three years. Anyway, I bought EQ II The Shadow Odyssey and installed it last night.

When I start the game the small SOE box comes on the screen and says "Preparing files", then "LaunchPad.exe...scanning for updates." Then after about 10 seconds I get the message:

Could not run LaunchPad. Please reinstall from http://launchpad.station.sony.com
when I go there it takes me to www.station.sony.com and I have looked everywhere and cannot seem to find where to download the LaunchPad.

Can anyone direct me where to go?
