Ok. I have always pre-ordered expansions because I got an in-game item. This next one I see also has an in-game item if you pre-order BUT, if I pre-order it for the house item, and later on buy a store copy and put the product key in, will it let me also have the mount? I already have my 32p mounts but it'd be nice to get one that you can't buy from the stables.

Yes! You can use both keys on the same account and get both items.
