i am a citizen of neriak and wish to change to freeport.is there an easy way to do this??
As you change zones at the top of the page it has shown how but it goes by to fast for me to catch it

There should be a quest in Neriak that will allow you citizenship to Freeport. Its easier then betraying because your just going from one evil city to another.
