Hi i am currenlty on eq 1 and was wonder if eq 2 had a test like eq1 with double the exp and such
Yup sure does. Be sure that after you install EQ2 you copy the folder somewhere and run the eq2 executable out of it for running test. Other wise, you'll be repatching every time you switch between live and test.
Actually, the test folder is a seperate sub folder of your EQII folder. Just make sure you have a separate exe for it.

Do you guys still get free expansions along with the double xp (EQ1 Test had the free expansion feature)?

Test server is always one Update ahead of live servers, if that's what you mean.
The test server has permanent bonus XP, and the community there is, bar none, the bestest around. I've been spending so much time on Test this summer that if there were any way to move my main over, I probably would, lol. There's a Test_Copy server for copying toons over, but there's little population there.

Usually Kianax on Test_Copy. There's a Kiana and Calthine on Test.

I think I've seen Kiana in the /test channel. Groovy.
I'm not very chatty, but my main there is Kiajia.

I'm on Test_Copy as SpyderBite and Fromage.. On Test I always make a new character to try out new areas as they are launched. I don't chat much on either Test server as I'm usually busy taking notes or running new quests. But, feel free to say hi either way.
Pretty much the only chance you'll get to see me "in person" is on Test/Copy.. if you played on my server I'd probably be attacking you. XD
