I'm just now starting a wizard and i'm not used to them at all.. i was just wandering what stats i need to focus on and any tips anyone could give

All according to whether you wish to solo a lot or group only ..also always upgrade spells to at least apprentice11 asap and to adept1 on the better ones. if you solo any get used to dying :-) my lil wizzie dies a LOT but it is so cool when her spells hit right ..and a lot of damage. try to keep upgrading equipment as soon as can also ..i suggest you do tradskilling in tailoring or spells to keep costs down.
