Had to buy a new HD deleted and reinstall EQ2, it scans then stops on Estimating Remaining Time, then after an hour or so cancels download.
Is the update server down? i was playing ok at the begining of the week so done nothing different other than install a second HD.

Make sure you have administrative rights and your folders aren't set to read only.
It worked ok for all the other games i re-installed including Vanguard so why is EQ so different.

Your guess is as good as ours; I did a total reinstall lately and didn't have any problems.
On the official forums I see that some people having problems downloading had better luck with the new launchpad beta: http://launcher.station.sony.com/
