this may sound like a dumb questoin, however, i am on Nagafen and i have seen a few people with the title Rabble-Rouser, how do you get that title?
I've seen a few of those myself and wondered the same thing.
That is a title that is awarded as a quest reward for completing a series of quests for the Bellywhumper Burynai faction in the Fens of Nathsar.

everybody loves the rabble rouser title. In our guild everyone cheers when someone gets it
