i collected all the pages tp obtain a mysterious black tome in kunark but the collector will not accept them....does rec 75 mean i have to be a lvl 75 to do this quest??

I'm not aware of collections with a level requirement... Do you have faction with the Collector? The one in Teren's Grasp requires faction.

I have turned in a bunch of quests in Terrans grasp.my faction with Terrans grasp is 50,000 (allY) I cant remember how i started this quest..maybe I missed something???

When you open your quest window and go to the collections tab and sort by Completed, Mysterious Black Tome is listed there?

this quest was started by item triggerd.checking my quest log i find I do not have the quest.i dont know why but could you find out what item triggers this quest and i will restart it. this has to be the problem

Any collection page of the tome starts the collection quest, like any other collection. After you turn in the completed collection to any collector NPC, you get a house item version of the Mysterious Black Tome book. Examining that gives you the quest to go talk to the guy who ends up teaching you the language.
