I found out how to do the translocation spells from the main site, however I cannot find the portal quests, i know translocation is find the scroll on the ground, is that the same with the portal ones? or what?
There is a portal trainer NPC for each of the starting cities:
Jantus Ezrek - Freeport
Tabatha Keltor - Qeynos
Morten Zantoff - Kelethin
Mikeal Oostafa - Neriak (Darklight Wood)
Clezak Riz'Xi - Gorowyn
They should be able to get you on your way.
