So I was poking around Live Gamer, the service that will be replacing Station Exchange, and met George Scotto, Senior Director, Global Customer Service. He was good enough to give us an interview.

Bah. I shoulda noticed that, especially since I asked her to.
What can I say, it's been a really rough day. Our boiler died, no heat no hot water. The ISP guys were here today working on the same problem we've been complaining about since last May.
My bad. Tomorrow should be better :)
