city writs & Kylong PlainsFollow

I just hit lvl 71 with my main duo. I have a small family guild and I do a lot of city writs to level the guild. This time when I went to get new writs they offered me nothing. They said that I had been working so hard that the threats had been eliminated. Since we have a very small family guild city writs is about the only way we can level. Has there been a change or are city writs no longer offered at higher levels? If not, why and how do I continue to level the guild with doing raids and constant trade skilling? The Heritage Quests at higher levels seem to include a lot of heroics that my duo just can't take down. How do I level the guild now?

My second question is about entering Kylong Plains or any of the higher level RoK zones. I took the griffon from BB and explored the three low levels islands. I tried to take the portal in Gorowyn but it doesn't seem to be working for me. I don't get an error message. I own all the updates and expansions. Is there a faction quest or something that I need to have to enter the portal? Is there another way to get to the RoK zones without going through that portal?

Thanks, I guess it makes sense since 70-80 is the new levels and should be in the new zones. I figured out my problem with the portal in Gorowyn. I needed the plane portal thingy. I took the Sinking Sands to BB, to the Gorowyn griff. Then I went through the Kylong Plane portal. What a wonderful zone. So much to adventure through. Wow! Nice job Sony>
