It's been a good week for my warden. I am past the half-way mark to adv lvl 78 and also managed to ding 79 in crafting (tailor) Since hitting 79 I've been besieged by tells asking when I'm going to make 80 so I can start making folks their epic robes.

I told one friend that I was waiting for vit to make the final sprint and she replied "Vit is for wienies!"

Ummmm... so, is that the EQ2 counterpart to "Coffee is for closers."?

I wasn't aware Symbol in the Flesh was broken. Whats wrong with it?

Fate of Norrath is a raid quest series, but it doesn't have anything to do with the epic weapon quests directly. Each class has it's own raid quest to complete for the mythical version of their weapon. FoN is something else entirely.

My Friday started out by waking up in a La Quinta hotel room in Dallas, TX. I was one of those victims stranded at the Dallas Airport Thursday when they closed it and canceled all flights due to a freak snow storm. Luckily my guardian angel sitting next to me on the plane took the initiative and booked me a hotel room too while I sat their still hoping we were going to take off at some point. Had I waited until the captain finally broke the bad news, all the hotel rooms in the Dallas area were booked and over 1000 people were left to sleep in the airport.

So after sitting in the plane at the gate for almost 4 hours, we were unboarded and sent towards the chaotic lines of people waiting for cabs in the 10 degree freezing rain. My guardian angel and I shared a cab to the hotel and avoided several of the fist fights that were breaking out over stolen cabs. We both called American Airlines on our way to the hotel to make arrangements to continue on to San Diego on Friday. Unfortunately, due to the backup in reservations, the soonest either of us would arrive would be on Saturday at 11pm.

I called my representative in San Diego and broke the bad news finally defeated. And, we both agreed that it would be best if I just headed back home.

So here I am.. and I missed out on a fabulous weekend that I was really looking forward to. :(

Cubert finally finished the crafter epic on Saturday night. Then I made a set of ebon vanguard for a guildie, then ... was kinda lost as to what to do. After doing the epic for the past few weeks (yes, casual gamer) I have been completely wrapped in it, and have enjoyed every second. I could go for the RoK faction recipes I suppose. A lot of grinding for no guild xp though. Also, been promising myself a trip to deathfist to make some armour - should be fun at L21 (yes, I will need help from guild).

I'll probably have to dig out the zerker and go back to finishing up grey HQs. My guild is L67, so better have a push at that.
