Shadowknight. No question.

The Shadowknight is an offensive hybrid tank and the paladin is defensive. The paladin stays upright through heals, self-wards, and stunning the mob to slow incoming damage while using divine DD and combat arts to wear down the enemy. The Shadowknight uses lifetaps and reactives to keep his health in the green and uses a wide array of disease based damage spells and DoTs along with combat arts to burn down the opponent. They're both effective, it's a matter of style preference.

If you want a great group tank that can also MT raids if need be and are either decent (paladin) or great (SK) solo'ers. Which you play is up to what you like better, style-wise.

4) Wich fun spell both of them got (like illusion, glowing
etc)

They get good/evil versions of the same fun spells. At 20 both get the ability to summon a slow horse that is mostly for show. The paladin's is white and groomed well while the SK horse is black with shaggy hair. At 50 each gets a glowy particle effect that covers their right hand. The SK one is an evil red glow and the Paladin one is like a holy light glow.
