Will this only apply to people who make changes to their subscription or will those with current cards on file have to do the auth changes with the next billing period?

That's a good question. I just got resubscribed after and expired credit card bounced my account. After a week of interrupted service with multiple calls to SOE customer service to figure out what was causing the checker to time out without being verified, SOE blaming my bank, my bank blaming SOE, blah, blah, blah.

So after a week without any changes to the information other than a new expiration date...I finally got a SOE manager that was able to "fix" the problem.

Gosh, I hope that this doesn't happen all over again with the new and improved credit card proceedures.
