WizArmor quests?Follow

OK, I'll admit 'm just getting back into the game, but what the heck are these armor quests I hear about? Where doo I get them? Like for my new lvl 13 wizzy, his gear was so bad, he had to go to TD to get ANY decent stuff...ANY help greatly appreciated

Thanks. I appreciate the info. I hate it when I lose a line of quests because I didn't know it was important. Too bad they dont have a rating for quests: one star, a single use, for money quest; two: OK item; Three: mult quests with a decent item and aa, 4: armor set of quests, etc
