Good Morning, AllaK's - 1/29/08Follow

Good morning, happy campers.

Last night was Deception night. Mentored down to join a raid force going to finish the original Prismatic quests. I was the MT for the night. Everything went smooth as silk. Knocked out each of the drakota bosses with no problem. Headed out to Darathar and dropped him on our first attempt (some people died, but we got the job done). I have a glowy sword that I won't use and I scored an AA out of the deal. Fun night. Good stuff.

How was your evening?

Was at the same raid as Stu, and it went very well. I was the only Mystic on this raid for a change (is Mystics getting rarer or do they disband when they see I am there). Also got an AP and a Mace that I actually still can find occasional reason to use (but it says more about my cruddy equipment than anything else). Is 81% to 67.

Crafting, crafting, crafting. Finally got to 30k 'kindly' faction with the Coalition of Tradesfolke ... and now all set up to make mannequins after next GU. Added about 15-20% to guild level in the process and now have over 200k guild status - not bad for a level 20 defiler!

Spent rest of the night trying to get the old telescopic lens to drop to start the Staff of the Observers HQ. Became a master kobold killer in the process after clearing the whole BBM yarlsnap camp area about 20 times. No drop! The 'Zam quest notes are a little vague as to where abouts the drop occurs - Butcherblock Mountains or Steamfont? I'll try the grikbar crater in SF next time unless anybody can give me confirmation before then.

I finally hit the point where all my solo quests are behind me. All I have now are heroic quests. The other night a bunch of guildies got together to finish up some COM quests. I started the raid progression quest.

yesterday, I popped on here and there throughout the day and started to work on harvesting. I've left it in a negligent state and it was something to work on while the lil guy was sleeping

Lil guy came down with HFMD so we're quarrentined for 7 days. i also have a cold, so I passed out at 7:30 last night.

Today I plan on maxing out my harvesting, raid a bit, then I may decide to pick up tinkering for the hell of it.

I had a very unproductive day in EQ2. Banged my head against wall trying to navigate through Maj'dul looking for the Peacock Quest items. Leveled my tailor up to 35. Then logged when my roommates brother and his girlfriend came over. Drank way too much and here I sit watching movies this morning. :P

I worked on the quest lines out of Brakthyr's Post until I got over my head level wise, then went back and started the stuff out of Highton.

I know groups kinda got shafted this expansion, but the solo stuff is just exactly my speed, like they wrote it just for me!!

I know it might seem that way but actually, they created this expansion for me. Just the other day Smedley was overheard telling a co-worker, "That OldBlueDragon is quite a guy and an outstanding warden as well. I'm glad we created this new expansion just for him. I knew he'd come back to the game if we did."

So there you have it, proof positive!

Fortunately for all of you, I am as generous as I am humble and so I'm willing to let all of you play in my expansion.

But don't push me!!! Smiley: grin Smiley: eek

(and for those of you who weren't sure... yes - I was kidding!!!)

Nono, I'm sure you're mistaken. I mean, Crafters are getting Epics!! Obviously they were thinking of ME!
