tI Completed The betrayl quest from Qyenos to Freepost to become An SK instead of a Paly and now i dont know what to do and how to become a citizen of freeport and become an Sk Please help

Glad i am coming over too! one problem though was doing the faction quest (Practice makes perfect) For Gol M' Tun and i got the ticket to go up stairs and the NPC Says Go right upstairs and it wont let me go up its like theres an imagenary wall there just let me know if i am doing anything wrong thank you so much!
Did you grab both arena tickets? I seem to remember there being a bug where two tickets are acquired (one as a drop and one as a quest reward). Did you get both of them? They actually may have "fixed" that.
If you are still having trouble let me know and I'll test it out myself when I get a chance (I'm fairly sure I have a charcter slot left...).

Slightly off-topic but how does one become a citizen of neriak? Or have I got it completely wrong :s

If you are a citizen of Freeport you can speak to an NPC in Neriak and do a short series of quests to gain citizenship. If you are from a good aligned city (Qeynos or Kelethin), you can do faction quests in Darklight wood after you betray your original town. Once your faction is sufficient you can do the citizenship quest inside Neriak.

Yeah I was aligned to Kelethin, but want to get to Neriak. I've betrayed Kelethin and now i've run all the way to Darklight Wood, so now I just need to do quests there? And avoid the npsc of course :< found that out the hard way.

Yes, exactly. The NPCs in Darklight that will give you faction quests are Phaerdriira Z'Zea'Val and Drizas N'Ryt.
