A call to Kelethin??Follow

Yes, there is a call to Neriak and a call to Freeport. The Freeport one is called "Call of the Overlord"...I forget the name of the Neriak one off the top of my head. If you started as an evil character you should have the one from the city you started in automatically. If you betrayed from a good faction, I can only assume that there is a step in the betrayal that you haven't completed or, if changing alignments from Freeport to Neriak or vice versa, a step in the citizenship quest you haven't done.

When my fae did the Call of Kelethin, I had to do the Qeynos version of the quest. There is now a new Kelethin quest. Maybe try to get the quest in Freeport if there isn't a Neriak version (can't find one on db, but couldn't find Qeynos & freeport either)

Ah. Yeah. Default non-combat & non-targeted abilities that you receive on character creation don't get populated into a hot-bar. The only one's that automatically pop into a blank spot on a hot-bar are one's that you obtain down the road.
