I'm doing the court of the coin: running the business quest. I killed the blades capatin but now all three towers are ocupied by Coin. Do the captains change with time or do I need to do something else?
You need to have someone who is on an opposing faction kill one of the coin tower captains to switch its control to their court. Either that or you need to wait for a server reset (patch day).
